Q- Are alcoholic beverages allowed in the limo?

A- Of course! That's why we feature such beautiful and luxurious bars within our vehicles. You're welcome to bring any beverages that you like, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, onto the limo. The only restriction is if you have guests under 21 years of age with you. Then alcoholic beverages are not allowed by the law.

Q- Do you sell alcoholic beverages or offer them with limo rental?

A- Some limousine companies have liquor licenses to do this, but we do not. The prevailing majority of our customers prefer to stock our bars with the liquors that they prefer, and we feel that gives them more flexibility to save money on their trip too.

Q- Do you travel outside of Michigan, such as to Canada, Indiana, and Ohio?

A- At the present time, we only travel within the borders of Michigan. This may change in the future, so give us a call to be certain!

Q- What areas of Michigan do you typically serve?

A- Most typically, we serve most areas of Wayne County, Oakland County, Macomb County, Monroe County, Washtenaw County, Livingston County, and Genesee County, as well as the additional cities of Lansing, Flint, Port Huron, and Jackson. Please give us a call or send us an email to find out if we can travel further than that to meet your needs.

Q- What are your hours of service?

A- We're open all day and night, all year long.

Q- Can we smoke in the limos?

A- We're sorry, you may not. We realize this is an inconvenience for some customers, but the benefit is that all of our customers including you get to enjoy the freshest smelling limo interiors possible.

Q- What if we keep the limo longer than we intended to?

A- This is not a problem at all. You won't incur any additional fees. You'll just be charged the same hourly rate, billed in fifteen minute increments, as you already agreed to. You'll never pay for more time than you use.

Q- Should we clean the buses after every trip?

A- We like to keep our buses clean for all our clients, so you should clean up after yourselves at least a little, before you get off.

Q- I've left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?

A- We clean and check our buses right after every trip and make sure to keep any valuables someone might have left on the bus, safe. Give us a call at 313-312-5466 and we would be happy to get your belongings back to you.

Q-Are there any additional fees for your services?

A- Nope! You can rest easy knowing that the price we quoted you already includes tax, driver's minimum gratuity, as well as any other fees, so that will be the only thing you pay!

Q- Do you require a security deposit to be made?

A- Yes. We require that a security deposit be made over the phone or in person, using a credit card. You may call us at 313-312-5466 to make the deposit.
